Welcome to Silver Creek Farm, a place where our love for animals and passion for breeding come together. We are a family-run farm in Sugarcreek, Ohio, dedicated to raising Texas Longhorns, Appaloosa Horses, German Shepherds, and Boxer Dogs.

Our journey began with a simple love for animals, shaped by growing up on a farm and appreciating the connection between people and the animals they raise. Steve’s dream of owning Longhorns became a reality in 2016, and though we have a small herd, we are dedicated to improving our genetics through artificial insemination (AI) to produce better confirmation, color, and horn growth.

For Carrie, Appaloosas have always been a part of life, thanks to a special childhood horse named Cinnamon. Our breeding program is built around producing Appaloosas with great conformation, gentle temperaments, and striking colors, so that more people can experience the bond of owning an incredible horse.

Our passion for German Shepherds started with a single dog and quickly grew into something bigger. These intelligent, protective, and loyal dogs are truly unmatched, and we strive to breed healthy, well-socialized puppies that become cherished companions. But life wouldn't be complete without our two goofy Boxers, who keep things entertaining. Their fun-loving nature brings joy to any home, and we love sharing that energy with other families.
